Low powder tubing exerciser comes with 2 permanent foam covered rigid handles to offer enhanced comfort and a firm grasp. It features 7 levels of resistance from least to greatest and is color coded as tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black and silver for easy identification of resistance level. Levels ranging in order of strength are great for progressive exercise. Tubing comes in 3 lengths that are measured from end to end when unit is laid flat to accommodate different needs.</div>
