This General's Drawing Pencil with grade 4B is great when projects require softer pencils for shading, blending, or smudging. These pencils feature a comfortable Semi-Hex® rounded-hexagonal shape and an elegant blue finish. These non-toxic, economically priced, student-grade drawing pencils are sold as a pack of 12. Pencils are PMA certified.
