User Height: Suggested Ball Size

  • 5'4" and under: 22 Inches (Yellow)
  • 5'5" - 6' : 26 Inches (Green)
  • 6'1" and over: 30 Inches (Blue)

  • 22 Inch Ball = properly inflated should measure 34 inches around
