Normally used to tell manufacturers how many calories are within a food or beverage product, the Frey Scientific Calorimeter is a student-friendly tool to find specific heat, heat of fusion, and heat of vaporization for class and experimentation. This calorimeter contains 2 aluminum vessels (one inner calorimeter and one outer calorimeter), plastic ring, stirrer, and molded plastic cover with 2 holes to hold the stirrer and a thermometer (sold separately). Inner calorimeter measures about 2-1/2 D x 3-1/10 H inches; outer calorimeter measures 4 D x 5-1/2 H inches. Best for Middle to High School levels. Teacher Guide and Handout included.Features
