Description

The iRobot Root Pro Class Pack (6 pack) is an educational robotics kit designed to help students learn how to code through hands-on activities. The pack is intended for educators teaching in classrooms or other learning environments and includes 6 Root rt1 robots along with curriculum materials and accessories. The Root® Coding Robot is compatible with devices running most major, up-to-date operating systems, including Android, Chrome OS, Windows, iOS, and macOS. Users may access the iRobot® Coding platform at code.irobot.com or through the iOS Root Coding app.

Three Progressive Learning Levels:

The accompanying iRobot Coding app allows users to seamlessly transition between graphical block-based coding for beginners, hybrid coding with blocks, and text, and full-text coding in Python for more advanced users

Magnetic Capability:

The Root Pro can climb and operate on vertical magnetic surfaces like a whiteboard

Color Sensor and Eraser:

An optical color sensor allows the robot to detect and react to different colors, and a built-in eraser can be used to clean whiteboard surfaces

Additional Features:

Other capabilities include light-up LEDs, bumper sensors, music playing, and touch-sensitive zones

Device Compatibility:

The iRobot Coding app is compatible with most modern operating systems, including Android, Chrome OS, Windows, iOS, and macOS
