The Learning Resources Plastic Cuisenaire® Rods help students transition from concrete to abstract representation of math concepts. Each color represents a different rod length that can be assigned a different numeric value or unit of measure. This set is designed for use in small group exercises and collaborative work with 4 to 6 students. These rods measure 1 to 10 centimeters in length. This set includes 155 pieces, with 50 white, 25 red, 16 light green, 12 purple, 10 yellow, 8 dark green, 7 black, 8 brown, 9 blue, and 10 orange rods. Grades Pre-K and up.
