Description

This apparatus serves as a great demonstration to show how a bimetallic strip (within a thermostat) works, all while demonstrating a wide array of physics and thermodynamic laws. Vertically mounted bimetallic stripe is used to open or close an electrical circuit. Thermostat switch also included binding posts for making connections to low current circuits and adjustable contacts.
