Water based with a buttery consistency. Fast drying. Color wash technique: thin the color with water to achieve a transparent color wash. Bold color technique: use the colors’ full strength for bold, opaque coverage or mix them together for more color tints. Includes a taklon flat #10 brush and taklon round #6 brush.    Includes 12 ml tubes of 12 colors: primary magenta, cadmium red, cadmium orange, primary yellow, cadmium yellow, bright yellow-green, cadmium green, viridian, primary cyan, violet, Mars black, and titanium white.
