The most popular Skillastics® Activity Kit, the Fitness Skillastics® Program is designed for grades 1 to 5, and is approved by the American Council on Exercise. This Activity Kit covers four fitness components, including flexibility, cardio/respiratory endurance, strength and muscle endurance. Flexible to use competively or non-competitvely where team members roll the dice, move their beanbag marker around the oversize mat and complete exercises.
