The Cell Membranes 3-D Model Kit provides a great resource to show cell membrane structure covering phospholipids, cholesterol, glycolipids, glycoproteins and membrane proteins. Your students will use their working model membranes to learn about transport across cell membranes.

This will cover facilitated diffusion and co-transport, active transport by ATP, ion channels and bulk transport by exocytosis and endocytosis. An option to show plant specific cell membrane proteins is also included.
