Description

Captivate your students as they experience this sphere powered by the sun! The vanes in the Radiometer are alternately dark and light in color. When the sunlight strikes these vanes it transfers heat to each one, but not at the same degree. The stronger the light, the more energy there is to "heat up" the dark side of the wing, which causes the vanes to spin faster as the light gets brighter. Measures 5 inches.
