Ideal for children with special needs in a mainstream environment, or for older children who prefer a more conventional styling but are unable to manage opening and closing the blades. High quality blunt tip stainless steel blades provide longevity and cut through paper with ease, and the included blade guard fixes over the blades for safe storage.
