Description

Ready? Set... GO! Get kids burning rubber as they engineer their very own Electric Race Cars. Kids can experiment with different combinations of gears and pulleys, dialing in the mechanical advantage to make their car go faster, conquer obstacles, or pull a load. Kids can even go totally off-road/outside the box and use their parts to engineer a walking robot! Grades 5 – 12 (different documents for different ages). Some adult assistance is helpful for 5th-graders. TeacherGeek is not a toy; it’s way better! Kids love making real things, especially when they get to use age-appropriate tools. Kids will need a TeacherGeek Multi-Cutter, Phillips screwdriver, pliers, and 2 AA Batteries to make each Car.
