The Original Step allows for vigorous wide-stepping activities, plus it's long enough to be used as a workout bench. The unique stacking block system even allows one side to be set higher than the other for use as an inclined crunch board. Black support blocks are heavy duty and adjust to virtually any height via their 2 inch interlocking stackability. Teal platform measures 4 x 16 x 43 inches and features a non-slip, vinyl tread top. Set includes 1 platform and 4 support blocks.
