Outer cover is made of 100 percent polyester; filling is made of clay beads and lavender. Full wrap weighs 4 pounds and measures 9 L x 3 W x 7 D inches.

For Cold Therapy: place the shoulder wrap in a plastic bag and leave it in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. Remove from plastic bag and apply wrap to the desired area.

For Hot Therapy: place the shoulder wrap in the microwave and heat in 30 second intervals until the desired warmth is reached (do not exceed 2 minutes total heating). Never leave unattended in a microwave. Always check the temperature before applying the wrap to the body.
