Weights fit into the channels, which help keep them in place and evenly distributed in the pad. Included metal weight "puller" is designed to help insert the weights in the channels. The 8-pound weight pack (sold separately) is made of a neoprene sheet laminated with fabric and filled with iron sand. Assorted-color pad in Large size measures 24 L x 10 W inches and is machine washable. Note: Remove the weights prior to washing.
