CoreDisk can be used to provide stability for positioning, or active, free-flowing instability for the development of balance skills and trunk strength. Adjust inflation levels for more stability as desired, using a standard athletic pump with sports needle (pump and needle sold separately). Clear in color and squellet-filled (crunchy pieces of plastic). Measures 12 inches in diameter.
