Incredibly, DNA obtained from a single hair left at a crime scene can be used to identify a criminal. In this experiment, your students will use DNA fingerprinting to compare simulated crime scene DNA with that of two suspects and try to catch the criminal. Kit includes: instructions, Ready-to-Load dye samples, agarose powder, practice gel loading solution, electrophoresis buffer, and microtipped transfer pipettes.
